Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on leatherya.com.
You are protected when:

Why the logistics status is not updated?
Most of our items are shipped from overseas; therefore, the packages need to undergo several scanning and documentation procedures from different countries before arriving at the destination country. As these processes may take several days to be completed, the tracking information will not be updated until the package reaches the next shipping station. Rest assured that your shipment is being taken care of and monitored by our logistics team.
If the order has not arrived yet, but it is already beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support at support@leatherya.com and we will assist you with the matter
I can not track my order?
If the tracking number does not work, please do not worry. Some of the international shipping companies used by our stores are only able to provide a domestic tracking number which only works within the country of origin. Once the shipment reaches its destination country, our Logistics partner will then generate a transfer number for tracking purposes. This can also be used as a reference number when there’s a need to pick up the package at your local post office.
Can I change my shipping address?
Changes on the shipping address is possible for orders awaiting shipment. Furthermore, we only allow modification of street and recipient’s name as well as the zip code. To do so, just find your order in “My Orders” page, select the item then “edit shipping address” button will appear. If there’s a need to change the entire information, kindly cancel the order and place a new one
When will my order be shipped?
To ensure that you will receive the package at the soonest possible time, we made an arrangement with our suppliers to ship orders and generate a valid tracking number within 3 to 7 days from the date of purchase.
For some reasons, however, you might experience a delay with the shipping process.
Why was my order shipped separately?
A single order can have multiple items and it is not necessary that all of them are from one supplier/manufacturer, therefore, each item will be separately shipped by individual store.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order — if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted — then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
Should I worry about having to give personal and credit card information on your site?
No, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Our checkout process is completely safe. We have SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates for maximum security, to ensure full safety of all of your information.
Do your prices include any import/custom taxes or other taxes?
No they don’t. In some cases, products from outside of your home country require additional taxes, such as import taxes and customs, to be paid. This depends on the product and destination country. Also, domestic taxes may apply in different scenarios. Any and all such taxes will be under the responsibility of the customer only, and Leatherya will not be held responsible for these.
